    want clients to click on a link and be able to download my document. How do I do that?

    I'd like to have a link ready where it says "Click here to download the CF Health History Form" at the bottom. How do I link that to my document?

    Using Free Text(HTML) field that can be found undr Power Tools is the only way to achieved that.

    Thanks, but what do I write in that field? I have a Microsoft Word document
    that I'd like to link to.

    First off, your file needs to be uploaded on an external site (we do not host files, sorry).

    Afterwards, you may use the Free Text tool to link to that file from your form.
