Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. I would suggest you to please take a look our "Facebook Like Box" widget and see if that fits into your requirement.

I tried with your widget making it mandatory but there is a mistake.
Even putting "I like" does not send the form

I am not sure if I understood your issue correctly. Do you mean to say that you are trying to submit your form on click on facebook like button? Unfortunately "Facebook Like Box" widget will not submit your form but just post a like to your facebook page URL.

I repeat. I want people before submitting the form to be obliged to put

In which form you have added this widget? I did check both of your last edited form and none of them has  "Facebook Like Box" widget added.
