when a form is submitted can th email reply automatically contain a unique password that it retrieves from a repopulated list in jotform?

When I get a user request I want to be able to return in the email a unique password and logon name. Does Jotform have this capability?

    Hello flankstudio,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Can you please let us know which form field you are prepopulating in form?

Please note that when you prepopulate a form field and then form is submitted, the prepopulated value is also saved in submission and should be displayed in the submission emails. Please ensure that field is included in notification email template. If the field is not being displayed in submission email that means you have edited your email template. If you edit email template of form, it becomes dirty and changes made to your form will not reflect in email template. The best way to solve this problem is to delete the existing email alert and add a new one. A new email alert will always include all the questions of your form. The following guides should help you:

    Delete email alert: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

    Add new email alert: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions or you meant to ask something else.

    Thank you!

    Hello flankstudio,

If you mean to say that you want to get the username & password form any external source or previous submission data and include it in submission emails, unfortunately it is not possible to achieve your requirement.

    Thank you!
