How to change the file upload size?

I have a form with a file upload section. 

The idea of the form is to capture images using iphones. 

the file size says it cannot be bigger than 1024kb- but a standard photo taken on a phone exceeds this & therefore our users cannot upload their images. 

what can i do about this?
