Form in 2 diffferet languages

Hi,

I would like to design a form in 2 different languages but I want to keep submission result in the same place.

I know from setting I can use a translation feature but I don't need to use this feature. As I mentioned above I will create a 2 different form. my company website has 2 languages so English I will embed in English and Arabic in Arabic. Please consider this is very important.

If you create two forms, then it is not possible to keep submission result in the same place. Each form will have it's own submission page, where you will be able to view them. 

You can use our Combine Submissions app to combine data from multiple forms into one data file. However you will have to create new report when you receive new submissions. 

If you want to keep submission result in the same place your JotForm account, I can only suggest you to use JotForm's ''translate forms'' feature.

How can a show a combined submission counter of 2 forms? For example, English for having 5 submissions and Arabic have 2. so submission counter should show 7 on both forms in submission counter.

Combine Submissions app will generate CSV file, that you will be able to download to your computer. If one form has 5 and other 2 submissions, your CSV file will have data from all 7 submissions. 

I am not sure if I understood your question about submission counter. Will you also add submission counter widget to your forms? 

Submissions Counter

It is not possible to show submission counter, that will calculate submissions of both forms. Counter will show number of submissions separately on each form. If one form has 5 submissions and other form 2 submissions, counter of first form will show 5 and counter of second form will show 2.
