Customer not recievening confirmation mail on hotmail

    I check some issues about this that you already have but none of these had a clear answer and it is happening to me, the persons who are register with hotmail, do not recieve their confirmation, Can you please help me.

    Hi, 

    Please note that this is likely because their mail service provider is rejecting emails from us. We can't control it from our end, but we have a few tips to prevent this issue from happening, please see the guide below:

    i CONFIGURATE MY MAIL WITH THE SMTP OPTION, THATS THE OPTION YOU SAID? ITS ANY DEFERENCE WITH THE "VALID" OPTION? PLEASE LET ME KNOW

    Please note that in order to provide you with the reason why an email address was added to the bounce list, that email address would need to still be in our list.

    If you get a bouncing email in the future, please consider not removing it from the bounce list immediately, and instead contact us so we can provide you with the bouncing reason, in case it helps you inspect the issue.
