Ability to integrate JotForm and ConvertKit.

We do not have such integration with ConvertKit, it cannot be added directly from the integrations section on your form, but there is an existing way to integrate it through Zapier, you will find the Zap here: https://zapier.com/zapbook/convertkit/jotform/ 

I'm also forwarding this to our second level as feature request so this can be added as a JotForm integration, although we cannot provide an ETA, we will let you know as soon as we get any update about it.
