Hello. We have 2 forms, Venue / Artist forms, which have been integrated with Infusionsoft. The integration works 1 of 6 times on the Artist form and 1 of 5 times on the Venue form. Is there anything you can see in the system that would have cause this inconsistency?

By "not working" consistently, I assume you meant data were not being transported successfully on consistent basis when forms are submitted to your Infusionsoft account.
Can you try also doing a reset process on the integration.
That is, remove first the current existing infusionsoft integration on your forms, save the form and then re-integrate again.
You can observe again if the issue still persist even after resetting the integration.
