How can i remove the banner from my form?

    I am happy to purchase a plan, however I do not see one that eliminates the banner. Also, I would like to keep my website header at the top. Is that possible? Thank you!

    Any upgrade plan will remove the branding footer. 

    Regarding the header, I checked the URL you provided and this is what I saw:

    Do you have some other header that you need to show?

    Please be mindful that when you embed your form in a div, it will be aligned based on how you aligned other divs, therefore, the header will be where you placed it on the website.
