User is unable to view submissions

    Hello there

     

    I am the main admin of our account and have a user by the name of Zayd Alansari to the account. He is granted access to 2 forms. When he goes to view submissions he has 0 records, yet when I check the form from admin, there are records available for download

     

    Please advise how we can get this rectified

    It is highly possible that the owner of the sub-user account whom you shared your form with is accessing his account on a different domain.

    If the Europe Datacenter option on your account is not enabled (like what is shown in the image below),

    I suggest you ask the owner of the sub-user account to access the forms you shared in this domain https://www.jotform.com instead of https://eu.jotform.com
