If you mean the JotForm branding under your forms, you can remove that by upgrading account.
If you meant something else, could you be more specific about the issue?

Yes, it is ridiculous, the old one was OK and I think perhaps encouraged users to perhaps upgrade, your new policy just puts them off even trying it!
I now just want to delete the account as per the clients request, the client has decided not to go with jotform but look for an alternative, so can you please just tell me how to delete this account please.
As I am now aware of this new policy I will advise them about it before they sign up and let them make their own decision.
