Downgrade (but not cancel)

    The free plan fits our monthly needs, however we had to upgrade to the Bronze plan last month due to getting a large number of spam submissions. We have implemented more security measures on our website and would like to downgrade from the Bronze plan back to the Free plan. When I click the downgrade button it appears that the only option is to cancel the account. Please help.
