Unable to see form submissions despite users successfully paying through PayPal

Asked by IBCBolingbrook on June 08, 2017 at 08:22 AM

I have set up a registration form for our Soccer Camp. The camp has a $10 registration fee which we are collecting during the registration process via the PayPal add-on via JotForm. We have processed 2 test payments to see if the entire process works before opening up registration to the public, but the information isn't showing up as an entry on the form....why is this happening? Essentially, the two payments went through successfully, but we have no data on the person that registered. PLEASE HELP!

What you kindly described is known in the JotForm context as PayPal incomplete payments, and we have a FAQ entry on it here: https://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ

The link above should give you a complete overview on the situation you have along with how to address it. Still, to complement it, please find our guide on how to enable IPN on your PayPal account here: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-on-your-Paypal-Account

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance please let us know. Thank you.
