As I check your last edited form, it looks like you are a sub-account user to another account. Generally, the submissions are displaying blank when your account and parent account are using the same data center. Please check if the EU datacenter option is checked and try disabling it. If the option is not checked, please try enabling it and the submissions should be displaying normally to export to Excel.
