    Autoresponder email not being received

    we have tested several times that the Autoresponder email is not being sent to the "nominees email" on our form located here:https://form.jotform.us/MembershipAPA/DistiguishedFellow-Nomination. Can you please assist?

    I have checked the email history log of the account and see that the emails are being sent normally from our end. You may check the email history log by following the steps in the guide below:


    Also, please check the following guide that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.


    Please let us know if we can send a test submission to see if we can replicate the issue at our end.

    I noticed our test emails are marked "sent" yet they were not received for: thill@psych.org and chermuir@aol.com

    Yes - please test on your end.

    I have checked the email addresses provided and see that the chermuir@aol.com is in our bounce list due to the strict DMARC policy of AOL. I have now removed it from the bounce list and it should be receiving the email notifications from now normally. As I check the email history log of the other email address, I see that the email was sent without any issue form our end. Please check if the email is landed in Junk/spam folder.

    As I sent a test submission to your form, I have received the auto-responder normally.
