My account is disabled and I need to use my form

    It has been 3 days since my forms have been disabled I have yet to get a response. I need my forms.....

    I have checked this account, the two built forms are active and working fine. If you are referring to a different account which is desabled, kindly let us know the username, so then we will be able to look into the issue and provide accurate information.
