Calculation Widget is always defaulting to 10:30

My form seems to be defaulting to have 10:30 in the output time field.  I'm unsure why this is. I have tried the default result set to 'blank' and '0' neither options are changing the default result when no time has yet been entered into the entry field.

It was showing 10:30 because that's the default value being calculated on the hidden Minutes Value field. That field always shows 630 once the form loads and once it gets calculated further down to the June 30 PM Bus Stop (Time 24hr) field, it results to 10:30.

I recommend you add a condition that will only show the June 30 PM Bus Stop (Time 24hr) field once the Regularly scheduled PM Bus Stop Time field has been filled out.
