previously the order of the columns when I exported data was correct but for some reason now the order has changed for the column headed "Appointment Purpose", it should be right after "Time of Appointment".
is there a away to correct this? I'm not sure why this happened after I edited the form.
also, there's something weird going on with your website I've attached a screenshot. maybe it's a browser issue on my end.. not sure. links are floating in the middle of my screen and it is so annoying, I had to put a bunch of spaces in front of this so I could finish.

Between mentioned columns is "Appraiser Name" column.
You have "Appraiser Name" field between mentioned fields on your form as well.
Order of the columns inside of excel file, will be the same as order of the field inside of Form Builder.
To resolve this issue you will need to move "Appraiser Name" field below "Appointment Purpose" field inside of Form Builder.
Or you can change order of columns on submission page of your form, before downloading Excel file.
Regarding your other issue, please try to reload your browser. You can also try to use some other browser.

This is very frustrating because this has been an ongoing issue for a couple of weeks but it seems to have gotten worse.
