I've encrypted a form and now it asks for a private key file from a Wizard that pops up.  Where do you get the private key file?

When you first enabled the Form Encryption, an encryption key was downloaded to your computer. Please look for the "jotform.key" file in your Downloads folder or any folder in your file storage.

Please check this guide for more information about Form Encryption: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

I searched for this file and couldn't find it saved anywhere on my computer.  BTW, I selected “I will provide a public key”, not "create encryption keys for me”.  I did this because Jotforms displayed a message in red text that said I already had a “public key”.  I (wrongfully) assumed one had already been created and was accessible... I now have a couple forms that I can't access and I can't seem to get into submissions because it won't let me get past the prompt for a private key...
