We use a form that lets a parent enroll up to 5 kids. Is there a way to get a report that will list the kids separately? Having them all on one line does not work for us, but having the parent complete 5 separate forms does not either. Any ideas? Thanks

May I know what form are you referring to? I checked the top 3 forms and I didn't see multiple fields that are asking for student information.
If you create separate form fields for each question, the report will show different columns in the report. Each row in the report is a new submission.
You can use the Configurable List widget or the Infinite List widget to collect data that have the same question dynamically. Here's a guide on How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form.
In the report, the result will show all information in 1 cell.
