Necessary Charge

Hello,

In going to renew our one-year subscription under billing, we went to select our current 'silver' package that we paid for in July 2016 for one year through July 2017. It appears we were charged $10.88. We were hoping to renew for the next year, July 2017 to July 2018. It appears your price for the Silver plan may have been raised $10 YOY, but we shouldn't have to pay for the increase in price when all we were trying to do was to renew our subscription for one year. 

Also, how do we pay early for the future year?

The renew will happen automatically on August 1st, 2017. On regards of the $10.88 charge, I do not think it is related to an increase of your Silver plan. It should be the same amount you purchased.

I have forwarded this to our manager to investigate further, and confirm that the renew will be at the same price $319. You will be updated via this thread.

The renewal would occur automatically on August 1 , there was no need for you to do it manually. By doing this you switched the account onto the new pricing structure, which is $390 a year instead of $319.00, so next year by June 06 2018, the new charge should be applied.

I will try to do an adjustment, because you are on a grandfathered plan. The new pricing structure is what it is applied to any further changes. If you see other charges after the adjustment let me know and I should refund it.

I made the change, you should see some adjustments. A charge for $319 and two refunds for $10.88 and $46.00 as it was an early renewal. The subscription should renew automatically by June 8, 2018. No other actions will be required on your own, unless you need to change the payment method.
