All of my forms are inaccessible again today. My account was suspended due to a unapproved field being on one of my forms which was considered phishing so the field was deleted by your company and my account was restored yesterday. I did not go back in and make any changes to any of my forms or add any fields to any forms, but my account was again suspended today where my forms are again inaccessible. I have no clue why?

I see that on a separate thread you have also asked this concern.
One of my colleagues is already assigned to it and is now addressing your concern.
I suggest you refer to that thread to avoid confusion.
