How to remove edit submissions option on submitted form

can you please tell me how to change my form so that they cannot be edited by the person submitting it after it has been sent?

 

I have deleted this from the response but they are still editing these forms.

I reviewed your form and I see that the Notification Email was the only email that have Edit Link in the content.

If you meant you want to prevent editing of submissions via the edit link in the email, you can remove it in the email message body.
