Continue Forms Later in the form settings

What about enabling the "Continue Forms Later" function (it's under "Form Settings", may need to click "Show More" for it to appear)? Is that not what that function is for?

The Continue Forms Later or the Autofill in the form settings is a different method of allowing users to save and continue in the form at a later date. This method saves the data on the local browser storage, so users are required to continue using the same device and browser where they filled the form. 

If you want users to continue using any device and browser, the session URL method that was given by my colleague on the original thread is recommended.
