    Cannot view Encrypted Form Submission

Asked by ventanapropertiesllc on June 08, 2017 at 06:41 PM

I have a form that has encrypted submissions.  I cannot view the data in any form that has been submitted.  I have the original jot key that was created when the form was setup encrypted.  What am I doing wrong?

You may try opening the submissions using incognito browser mode. It will ask you to re-upload the private key file. If the submissions are still encrypted after the private key file upload, it means that a wrong private key file was uploaded.
