Best practice - one form multiple team members

    Hi - loving your product! I want to build a single form which can be used by multiple people on my team with ideally the completed form going back to them as individuals rather than a central place - what is the best way of doing this without everyone having a seperate jotform account and subscription?

    Unfortunately, if you would like to have a collaboration for building up your form, your colleagues will need to have their own JotForm account and then you can share the link of the form you are building with them. You can check out this guide to know more about form collaboration: 

    There is also no need to upgrade an account once they have created one for each on their own. They can continue to be under Free subscription without hassle of it expiring, so long as their limits are within under the Free subscription plan.
