how do I change currency in my products section

Also want to know how to change away from PayPal payment pro - how do I deselect?

Hi. 

Click on the wand icon, and you will see a field called Currency, you can select the desired currency from the list:

Also, to change your payment integration, you can simply delete it and add a new one, click on the bin icon to delete.
