UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

To create a sub-user, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User

You can create multiple sub-user but keep in mind that there's a limit per subscription plan. Here's a screenshot for more information:

To view the image I've provided, please log in to your account and go to this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

Upon further checking your account, I have noticed that you're on the Old subscription plan (Professional). The Professional plan can create up to 100 Sub users account. Here's a screenshot:

I have a problem with sub-users. They can't see the Favorites from the main account, or even see the stars so that they could select favorites. They don't need to duplicate the main account's Favorites, but they need to be able to set them for themselves.

Please note that sub-users will only be able to see the forms that you share with them. So if you have 3 forms and you share one form only with your sub-users, they will only be able to see this one form and not the others.

Please refer to this guide for more information:

    How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User

Hope this helps, let us know if you need any further help.

Nope, that doesn't answer the question I had at all. Sub-users are able to see the forms I share with them, but they can't set them as favorites. I need for sub-users to be able to set favorites.

Unfortunately, they will only be able to see them as shared, in the shared folder, as they are not the owners of the forms.
