Can I create multiple sub-accounts under one master account?

I would like to use the main account we have as a master account, and set up each individual user as a sub-account. I would like each user to be able to log in with their own user name and password. Then we would be able to disable users or add new ones without having to allow full admin access to every user.

Yes, you can do that with our Builder. Please refer to this guide on how to do that https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User. You can add sub-users and control which forms they can edit or view submissions.
