I keep getting report on errors on submissions. I tried to go in an check it several times. My client can't complete form. Thank you

Are you receiving same message?
This is happening because Mobile Responsive widget on your form is required. To resolve this issue change Required option inside of Mobile Responsive widget properties to No.
