    Please stop charging my account. I have sent 3 requests for over 3 months.

    First of all please accept my apologies for any inconvenience.

    Regarding your previous requests, please note that I found only two in our systems, and we have addressed them ASAP after you sent them:



    We provided instructions in both of them on how to cancel your PayPal subscription because it's an action you take on your PayPal account, which we have no control over.

    Upon inspection, I found that you have managed to cancel your subscription, but still, as a gesture I proceeded with a refund request for your last payment of $19. You will be notified by email as soon as it's processed.
