Is there a form that has dropdowns for vehicle selection? Meaning that the person could select the year from a drop down, then the make, then the model?
Is there one already created somewhere? I couldn't find it in templates...
If not, how would I go about creating that? The model field would have to be depend on the make field....
Thanks you.

I have created a Demo form that can select a vehicle by Year, Make, and Model. Here's the URL: https://form.jotformpro.com/71595550277969
Please check it and if you like the demo form, please follow this guide to clone it and check the conditions configuration: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
You can also add more options in the Drop down field but you need to add conditional logic and create more drop down field for the "make" vehicle. I used the Show or hide conditional logic to the form. For more information, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

Thank you, this was helpful. I'm working on building it out now.
I have another question- This takes car of if the person owns one car... Is there a way to conditionally duplicate the fields if they have more than one?
Or what would be the easiest way and best for the person using the form if they had 3 cars to list?

You can do that, but you will have to create all fields (duplicates) for each car, for example:
And you can create conditions to show/hide appropriate fields:
You can check my clone of your form: https://form.jotformpro.com/71802167290959
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!
