I have a registration form for Splash Rite Swim School. There is a mandatory question for name of swimmer. and a mandatory start date for lessons.

When the registrant completes the form and I receive the information from jot form it does not have the start date question or answer on the information I receive.  Question: what can I do to get all of the information that the registrant is providing.  They state they put the information in the form, but I didn't receive it.

Set the Settings of Clear Hidden Field Values to Don't Clear.

Because you have conditions that Hide the swimmer's field, once the field is hidden, the value was being cleared.
