I paid for Premium and it's not showing up on my account

    Hi

    I checked and found out that this invoice (INT120727-5772-19876) is paid for account whose email address is jpalmer@diamondproducts.com. This means that your payment is not related to any account details registered in Jotform.

    To sort this issue, i need to cancel your suscription and refund. Then you can re-upgrade your account back with the right account details as registered in Jotform!.

    You are supposed to make payments to account dpmarketing100 associated with email address dpmarketing100@gmail.com as registered in jotform.

    Lets know if this is fine with you.
