I used your service for a scholarship application process that is now closed (ended June 1). I want to downgrade my service now that the application process is now closed, but was wondering if I would still have access to all of the files submitted? The goal would be to upgrade again next year for the duration of the scholarship application process (which only lasts a couple of months).

Yes you will still have access to all your forms submission data even after downgrading to the FREE plan from paid subscription plan.
The one thing that can happen is that your submissions will stop at that point.
Because if you downgrade to the lower plan, the tendency is you will exceed the limits imposed by each subscription plan. This means that all your forms will become disabled and cannot be submitted anymore. BUT all existing data should be intact.
