My Account is not set up to use any Secure Form, yet we have reached our quota. How can that be? Please see below the Box is NOT checked. Please advise. Thank you.

You have reached the SSL quota allocated with 11 out of 10 form submissions that is allowed .You need either to disable your ssl froms or upgrade to Premium to get more SSL quota (Click here to upgrade).
To disable SSL submissions, just change the https:// prefix in the JotForm URL found in your embed code into http:// (without the "s").
I have removed 5 form submissions from the counter and activated your account but note this can only be done once.
