I have followed the instructions you sent me, but it still says the Autoreply emails are from Jotform. This is not okay. Please tell me there's a way to solve this issue. Thanks!

I checked your notification settings and it looks like you are using the verified sender email address. This does actually still send from our services. If you want the email to originate from your address, you would need to use SMTP sending instead of verified sender:
