To adjust your form's width you need to re-embed your form code into your website using iFrame where you can adjust the width of your form. Please take a look at this article for more details on how to get form's iFrame code. http://www.jotform.com/help/148-How-to-get-your-Form-s-Iframe-Code

Hi, in addition to my collegue if you want to adjust "manually" your form weight follow this steps:

1.Open your form builder and click on Setup & Embed Tab - then choose Preferences.
    2. Now click on Form Styles tab and edit form weight as you prefer and after click Finish button.

    Hope this helps.
