Question about number of forms that can be submitted

    Hello

I am experimenting with your form builder. I see that number of fields is 10 - fine.  No problem with that.  But I also read Number of form entries - 100.

Can you tell me what that means?  Does that mean that we can only submit 100 forms via our website then the application is redundant?

    Grateful for clarification.

    Thanks.

The number of allowed fields on the free plan is unlimited.

The number of submissions on the free plan is 100 per month. That means once somebody presses the submit button the count is incremented by one.

If you reach 100 submissions you wont be able to submit another temporarily.

You have two options in this case:

    1. Upgrade your account to a plan with a higher submissions limit. You can compare plans here: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    2. Wait until the first of the month. Because the count is reset on the 1st of each month.
