background image does not appear on my phone and/ or tablet

Hello,

I would like the background image on my form to appear on my tablet and/or phone. Further, I find that the radio buttons on my form do not appear upon opening the same on a tablet. Instead, the form keeps refreshing on selecting any of the radio buttons. How do I go about this?

I tested your form on iPhone 7, iPad Air, Galaxy S6, And Galaxy tab 4. But I wasn't able to replicate this issue. The background is showing fine and the form doesn't jump on clicking the radio buttons.

Could you please let us know on which devices did you test your form? 

And did you test directly on form or your form is embedded?
