FaceBook losing parameters in link placed in post!

How do I prevent FaceBook from truncating variables passed in link.  Here is link being submitted to FaceBook:

    https://form.jotform.us/71606548900154?referralEmail=123grdwebmaster@gmail.com

This link works great on web, but fails to pass referralEmail in FaceBook to appropriately send notification to correct distributor.

    Please advise.

    Hello Denise,

Facebook truncates long text and URLs and there's nothing we can do about it. However, the actual URL is actually not truncated when you open it.

I tried posting your URL on my FB and the URL parameters are still there and it is populating the field when visited.

    Hope this clears your question.

    Thank you.

Is there a way to remove the text "Please click the link to complete this form" that is under my form name TotalCare?  See the lowest red arrow in the above image.

Sorry but that's not possible if you are using the form URL. That is hard coded in the form source code.

You can only change it when you download your form source code and modify it. Here's how to download your form source code

Alternatively, you can also embed the form on your website. This works better.
