Not receiving emails

    we have done business with jotform for 4 years with success. 

    But lately we keep getting messages that we are in bounce, or email must be changed. Have used same email 4 years on jotform and 20 years on AOL. 

    In the last week we  wrote you 7 times  that we are getting this message below, causing us to have too clear our bounce box which there is no  email in to  clear,   and more importantly I am notbreceiving  their emails forms  We have gone into emails under HISTORY  showing emails  sent blank forms to us,  yet we never even received those

    Please fix this or please reimburse us our membership fee as we cannot keep writing and not get a response We feel its very bad business on your end. to treat clients like this .   The only one message we got is its must be our server AOL which is incorrect.

    If you have are having an internal problem then you must notify your clients of this, not just ignore them

    Please make sure to check your spam folder, and if you find a notification there, mark it as NOT SPAM, because that could be causing the bouncing issues.

    Also, you can whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
