Autoresponder not going to AOL Accounts

Autoresponder Emails are not going to AOL accounts or Verizon Accounts (managed by AOL?). Autoresponder Emails are going to G-mail and Time Warner Accounts. SPAM folders, Junk Mail etc have been checked on the AOL accounts.

Has there been a problem with AOL? We are very concerned because this form is going live tomorrow

To my understanding, the Autoresponder is working well when you're using Google Emails and Time Warner Account Emails. If yes, please use your own SMTP settings as Sender Email. To do that, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

I implemented the smtp server for gmail and everything worked
