I am regularly find my email address on the bounce list.
Wondering what I can do to reduce this happening?

I checked the email address (email@example.com) and it is not in our bounce list. Upon further checking your account, I can also see that emails were being sent successfully. Here's a screenshot:
Please try checking the spam folder and if the issue persists, try using your own SMTP settings as Sender Email. To do that, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
