How can I have a different thank you page based on the selections made by user?

    I have a form with 11 questions. Each question has the same multiple choice answers to choose from: YES or NO. If a minimum of 2 questions are answered with a YES, how can I set it up to show a specific thank you page? And, if there is 1 or none questions snswered with a YES, how can I set it up to show a different thank you page?

    Unfortunately, our conditions wizard does not have such functionality but if a copy of the form's full source is embedded into a web page, I believe that it might be possible to create a script to show a different message depending on the the number of yesses. However, the matrix may have to be replaced with a field of checkboxes where users either select a box to answer in the affirmative or leave it unchecked for "No".

    I'll do some "googling" and see what scripts I can find and modify to meet the specific requirements of the form.

    With due respect to my colleague, having looked at your form, I can state that what you wish to accomplish is less complex than the functionality requested by GLhemophilia and our conditions wizard can easily handle it, without the need for additional forms.

    Please submit this demo three times, each time making a different selection in the "Is your project..." field. (Note that the checkboxes have been replaced with radio buttons.)

    This functionality was achieved by setting up the following Change Thank You URL after submission conditions:

    A closer look at the first condition:


    To do the same with your form, replace the checkbox field with a radio button one but first download your current submissions. Otherwise the data (answers) entered in that field will be lost! Then setup similar conditions, substituting the URL of the intended thank you page in each condition.     Could you please tell me, is there any way to set a delayed time before a Auto Responder is sent to a customer. I'd like to send an email 5 days after they submit the form to make sure a parcel was received by post.
