Disable form field for Approval

hi Team,

    How do i disable fallible filed when Email goes to Approval clicks on Edit submission.

    as of now all fields are editable to approval.

You can use the Condition rule Enable/Disable field.

you right but i need to disable all other fields like vendor name , value and desrcription.

i have total 10 rows for vendor , value and description.

but i show as we go , like once 1 filled , 2nd popped up and 2nd filled , 3rd popup.

how can i disable rest.

Since all the fields are individual fields, you will have to add each of them to be included in the Disabled field conditional statement.
