How to search for previously submitted data?

Hello,

I am just about to start trialling JotForm in my day spa, but wanted to check and see how I can search for a form by the applicant's name so that in future, when they come in for another appointment, I can see the information they provided.

Also is it possible to run reports ie all emails for all applicants as well as other data related reports that can be exported?

On your form's submission page, you can utilize the search bar below the submission data grid to search for submissions.
