Table in Form

Can I include table in the form? For. e.g. I want to include education qualification details and want to insert Name of the Course, date & year of passing, Marks%, Name of School attended etc.

Please let me know if there are any option available or not. Or let me know the alternatives. I would be very thankful to you.

If you want to add a table like input field in your form, you can try the following suggestions below:

1. You can try using the Input Table field/Matrix field. Below are screenshots on how you can add it on your form. 

You can change the type of input in the table, just open the properties window of the field and navigate to the "Fields" tab. Scroll down and you'll find the "Input Type" option. 

2. We also have widgets that you can use to form a table like field. You can check them below, but the most advance one that we have is the Configurable List widget, you can learn more about it on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget.
