'Please wait' error message displays after submitting the form

    At the moment we have a promotion using a form called "Geaucht: 100 CornStars Tester". And again some users claim that the submit button does not work. If you click it it says "Plaease wait...", but nothing happens. We have had this problem serveral times in the past and you told me this is a result from using and "old" firefox version. But this is no solution so I beg you to fix this bug as soon as possible.

    I have tried submitting your JotForm and was able to submit it without any issue at my end.

    Are you still experiencing any issue with your form? Could you try submitting the form on a different form or a private/incognito window to see if that works?

    Sorry, this is again no help for me: Some users write that it does NOT work, so there IS a problem (and I do not know how many users have problems and do not tell me…).

    If you could please give us as more information about this issue we could test it more, like:

    -Is the form your clients are accessing embedded in a website, or they are accessing directly through Form URL?

    -Are they experience this issue on a specific Browser or it is random?

    The form is embedded in our webseite: http://barnhouse.de/de/home/bewerbung-zum-cornstars-tester.html
    And it seems it is a firefox problem.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience you have.

    I have tested your form embedded in your website on Mozilla Firefox. I couldn't see any issue with submitting the form as you can see the screenshot below:

    I have not encountered any issue with your form and website. Also, I checked the codes and I do not see any error.

    I just run a test from Chrome but I wasn't able to replicate this issue:

    It is hard to determine what could cause this problem since it could be some specific cases in those users browsers.

    In order to help us narrow down this issue, a console report would be helpful, so when the "please wait" stuck error occurs, please open the console and take a screenshot of it (on Mac: CMD+Option+J, on Windows: CTRL+Shift+J).

    I understand that your users will hardly do it, but if you somehow communicate with them it would be very helpful.

    Also, you could try re-embedding your form by using the below iFrame code:
