Forms embedded on SquareSpace is not being displayed.

     I am using three of your forms on a website I have made using squarespace. For some reason, only the top of the squarespace form is loading and the rest, including the submit button, is not displaying. It sometimes displays on a refresh.

     

    Please could you advise on this.

    Which browser are you using?

    We've displayed your form in google chrome and safari properly, it can be browser issue.

    Hello Crosslands,

    Your forms are also visible in Int. Explorer, Firefox and Android Browser.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your webpage where you have embedded your form and I am unable to replicate the issue in chrome or Safari browser. Form is being displayed without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:
